Been using UTL for a couple of hours now so here are my first impressions.It's decent, not regretting buying it at all.
Installing it was as easy as you like, just run the setup and it works in P3Dv4. No files tweaking or anything.I'm really impressed by the frames. Haven't done really heavy testing with dynamic lighting in Heathrow or Schhipol, but during the day on a international airport with about 50-100 planes around, it works very well and has hardly any impact on frames.

They also got rid of the rush to the runway at the beginning. If you load in now, some planes are already taxing or on approach.Regarding liveries, they updated some like American Airlines, Delta but many (or even most) of them are still outdated.
Hopefully they update these with their promised livery packs. Some nice new models like the 787, Embraers etc are included, but some of them still look horrible, like the A380 or CRJ. But again, they said future model packs are in the making.Overall I'm pleased with it so far. It works as intended and fills up the airports nicely, adding a bit of realism. A few updates and a traffic separation tool (making use of the planes flying SIDs/STARS now) and this would be a cracking product.
